Are you ready to join a growing team? CTG is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect Cloud to support a large-scale hybrid cloud transformation initiative within the financial services industry. This role will focus on designing and implementing secure, scalable Azure cloud solutions while ensuring compliance with banking and federal regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Azure architecture, hybrid cloud environments, Kubernetes/OpenShift, DevOps automation, and enterprise infrastructure modernization. Strong communication and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this role. Location: Remote Duration: 6 months Key Responsibilities Develop enterprise cloud transformation roadmaps and hybrid cloud strategies Design secure, scalable Azure-based architecture solutions Create detailed solution blueprints and implementation plans Lead cloud modernization initiatives across infrastructure and application teams Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security standards Support Kubernetes/OpenShift container platforms and CI/CD automation Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and ARM templates Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders Drive cost optimization, governance, monitoring, and operational excellence Communicate technical strategies effectively to executive and non-technical audiences Required Skills & Experience 7+ years of cloud architecture experience 3+ years supporting Azure hybrid cloud environments Strong expertise with: Microsoft Azure AKS and OpenShift Terraform and ARM templates CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices Azure networking and security Kubernetes and container orchestration Experience with hybrid connectivity, cloud governance, and compliance Knowledge of Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric preferred Experience within banking or highly regulated industries preferred Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field Preferred Certifications Azure Solution Architect Expert Azure Administrator DevOps Engineer Certified Cloud Service Manager Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
