Enterprise Architect Atlanta, GA(onsite) 12+ months Contract Summary Client is looking for a seasoned Enterprise Architect to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within the Power Generation sector. This role will lead the architecture strategy across a complex landscape including SAP, Oracle Fusion, Salesforce (SFDC), and custom operational systems (OT/IT). The architect will operate in a global delivery model, collaborating with onshore business stakeholders and offshore delivery teams to design scalable, integrated, and cost-effective solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and drive the enterprise architecture roadmap aligned with power generation business goals (generation, transmission, asset management) Establish architecture principles across ERP, CRM, EAM, and custom OT systems Lead application rationalization and legacy modernization initiatives Architect solutions across: SAP (S/4HANA, PM, IS-U, or ECC) Oracle Fusion (Finance, Procurement, HCM) Salesforce (SFDC Service, Sales, Experience Cloud) Design end-to-end integration frameworks using APIs, middleware, and event-driven architecture Ensure seamless integration between IT systems and OT environments (SCADA, asset monitoring, plant systems) Act as the primary architecture lead onshore, engaging with business and executive stakeholders Provide clear architectural direction and artifacts for offshore development and support teams Govern solution design, ensuring quality, scalability, and adherence to standards across distributed teams Optimize delivery through right-shoring strategies and reusable components Define enterprise data architecture, including master data governance (customers, assets, vendors) Enable real-time and batch data flows across ERP and operational systems Support use cases around predictive maintenance, asset performance, and analytics Establish and enforce architecture governance frameworks and design reviews Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, regulatory, and audit requirements (critical in energy sector) Identify and mitigate integration, performance, and scalability risks Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture, preferably in energy/power generation Strong experience with: SAP ERP (S/4HANA or ECC, especially PM/EAM modules) Oracle Fusion (Finance, SCM, or HCM) Salesforce (SFDC platform and integrations) Proven track record in multi-system integration and transformation programs Experience working in onshoreoffshore delivery models Deep understanding of: Integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, SAP CPI, Oracle Integration Cloud) API-led architecture and microservices Data architecture and governance Experience in power generation, utilities, or energy sector (asset-heavy environments) Familiarity with OT systems (SCADA, IoT platforms, plant maintenance systems) TOGAF or equivalent certification Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) in hybrid environments Exposure to AI/GenAI use cases (predictive maintenance, operational insights) Strong stakeholder management across business, IT, and operations (plant teams) Ability to bridge OT and IT architecture landscapes Experience managing global distributed teams Strategic mindset with hands-on architectural depth Strong communication and executive presentation skills Seamless integration across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, and OT systems Improved asset visibility and operational efficiency Reduction in system redundancy and technical debt High-quality delivery across onshoreoffshore teams Scalable architecture supporting future digital initiatives Experience in SOW-based delivery and milestone governance Ability to support pre-sales, solutioning, and client workshops Creation of architecture artifacts, roadmaps, and executive-level presentations Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
