Purpose
The Enterprise Application Administrator - IFS Cloud ERP role serves as a member of the Enterprise Applications Team and is responsible for the configuration, security, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and expansion of EFCO's enterprise application portfolio, which can span ERP, CRM, and HCM platforms.
Operating within a pooled support model, each administrator on the team maintains primary ownership of a specific platform while also providing backup support for all applications. The role requires technical proficiency, a systems-oriented mindset, collaboration, and should be passionate about helping the business maximize the value from its systems.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
3+ years of administering and implementing enterprise applications.
Experience in IFS Cloud ERP strongly preferred.
Experience in Salesforce CRM or Dayforce HCM a plus.
Computer Skills:
Strong working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and manufacturing data structures, such as IFS Cloud ERP.
Skilled in Excel and basic data analysis tools.
