Apogee Global RMS is seeking for a client a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to own and expand strategic relationships across their largest, most influential customers. This role requires a seasoned revenue leader who can navigate multi‑stakeholder environments, drive executive alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes for enterprise clients.
You will serve as the primary commercial owner for a portfolio of high‑value accounts — ensuring retention, expansion, and long‑term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the full lifecycle of enterprise customer relationships, from onboarding through renewal and expansion
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and revenue targets
Build deep, trusted relationships with CIO, CTO, CHRO, VP‑level, and Director‑level stakeholders
Identify growth opportunities across product lines, services, and new business units
Lead QBRs, executive business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
Partner cross‑functionally with Product, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Leadership to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
Forecast revenue, manage pipeline, and ensure accurate reporting of account health
Navigate complex procurement, legal, and compliance processes for enterprise deals
Serve as the voice of the customer to internal teams, influencing roadmap and service improvements
Requirements
6–10+ years of experience in Enterprise Account Management, Strategic Accounts, or Enterprise Sales
Proven track record of managing multi‑million‑dollar enterprise portfolios
Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior decision‑makers
Experience navigating complex sales cycles, renewals, and expansions
Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud technologies, or enterprise solutions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to manage ambiguity and drive clarity in fast‑moving environments
Preferred Skills:
Experience in cybersecurity, HR tech, data platforms, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, or similar sales methodologies
Background in Customer Success or Solutions Consulting
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
