The position requires 6+ years of relevant sales experience, deep industry knowledge, a hunter mentality, and strong communication skills. Occasional travel (up to 30%) is expected.
Compensation includes a base salary ($115,000-$130,000), commissions, benefits, and opportunities for growth. The role emphasizes building new business, representing industry at events, and maintaining CRM accuracy.
