The Account Executive, Enterprise Accounts – Payroll, drives new payroll revenue by selling payroll and workforce management solutions to large restaurant and franchise clients.
- Owns prospecting, developing, and closing payroll opportunities with multi-unit restaurant operators and strategic accounts.
- Conducts discovery with HR, Payroll, and Operations leaders to address workforce challenges and demonstrate ROI through tailored demos and proposals.
- Collaborates with Sales Engineers and partners to deliver effective presentations and ensure customer success post-sale.
- Maintains accurate pipeline data, stays current on payroll regulations, and represents the company as a payroll expert.
- Requires 5+ years in B2B SaaS or HCM/payroll sales, experience with payroll platforms, and ability to build trust with stakeholders.
