Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and histories for ENT-related concerns
Assist in the diagnosis and management of patients with ear, nose, and throat conditions
Perform clinical procedures such as nasal and throat examinations, biopsies, and drainage
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
Educate patients and their families on treatment options, self-care, and preventive measures
Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
Participate in regular staff meetings and continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
Valid Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Nursing with a focus on family or acute care
Previous experience in ENT, primary care, or related healthcare settings preferred
Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Commitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
