    ENT / Otolaryngology Physician | Full-Time 
    Location: Shelton, Connecticut

    A well-established, nonprofit, community-focused healthcare organization in the Shelton area is seeking a full-time ENT / Otolaryngology Physician to join its expanding practice. The organization is academically affiliated with the Yale School of Medicine and is nationally recognized for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

    The physician will provide comprehensive evaluation and management of ear, nose, and throat conditions across a broad patient population. This role offers a balanced mix of outpatient care and surgical procedures, supported by a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and access to advanced diagnostic and surgical resources.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and treat a wide range of ENT conditions including sinus disorders, hearing loss, allergies, voice disorders, and head & neck conditions
    • Perform office-based procedures and surgical interventions as appropriate
    • Provide both outpatient care and select inpatient/OR coverage
    • Collaborate with primary care providers and specialists for coordinated patient care
    • Utilize EMR for accurate documentation and patient management
    • Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery
    • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical best practices
