LHH is partnering with a mission-driven healthcare organization to hire Benefits Administrators to support a high-impact patient services team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with administrative or call center experience who enjoy helping others and working in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Connect with patients via phone to renew and update benefits eligibility
Accurately enter and maintain data in the Positive Impact system
Ensure all information is complete, compliant, and up to date
Provide a professional, empathetic experience in every patient interaction
Collaborate with internal administrative and care teams
What We're Looking For
Administrative, call center, or data entry experience (healthcare a plus)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high-volume data entry
Comfortable speaking with patients and handling sensitive information
Ability to work independently and manage daily call volume
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
