Job Details

This role is all about driving enrollment, marketing, and operational efficiency. They will directly lead the Admissions department, ensuring the entire pipeline is a smooth, orderly machine. Think of this as a high-volume and fulfillment process:
Getting students enrolled and moving them cleanly through every single step of the admission funnel.
Ensuring all files are perfectly in order, compliant, and properly packaged.
Deeply understanding the specific needs of the various campus programs.
This leader will oversee a strong internal team of 5.

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of seasoned admissions/enrollment experience.
Background: Must come out of the proprietary/for-profit education space. No pure academics. We need someone who understands the business side of education.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (BA) required.
DNA: High business acumen and incredibly high EQ (emotional intelligence). They need to be sharp, driven, and culturally aligned with a traditional, high-performance business environment.
