Bambini Montessori Academy is seeking an energetic, relationship-focused Enrollment & Family Engagement Specialist to help grow our school community. This position is ideal for a professional who understands Montessori education, enjoys connecting with families, and has the ability to successfully guide prospective parents through the enrollment process.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, knowledgeable about the Montessori philosophy, and confident in building trust with families while helping them choose the best educational environment for their children.

 

Position Summary

The Enrollment & Family Engagement Specialist serves as the primary point of contact for prospective families and plays a key role in driving enrollment growth. This individual will be responsible for conducting tours, following up on leads, hosting open houses, representing the school in the community, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

The position reports directly to the Owner and works closely with the School Director to achieve enrollment goals and support the school’s growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective families.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries by phone, email, website, and in person.
  • Conduct engaging school tours and present the benefits of Montessori education.
  • Guide families through the enrollment process from inquiry to registration.
  • Follow up consistently with prospective families and maintain enrollment records.
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current families.
  • Meet and exceed enrollment goals through effective communication and follow-through.
  • Coordinate and participate in school open houses, enrollment events, and community outreach activities.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and family engagement programs.
  • Represent Bambini Montessori Academy professionally within the community.
  • Collaborate with the Owner and School Director on enrollment strategies and growth opportunities.
  • Support family retention efforts through excellent customer service and relationship-building.

Required Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Montessori education and philosophy is required.
  • Previous Montessori teaching, administrative, admissions, or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in childcare, preschool, private school admissions, or early childhood education.
  • Strong sales, enrollment, customer service, or admissions experience.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional, outgoing, and positive personality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with school leadership.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with a warm and welcoming personality who understands both Montessori education and the importance of enrollment growth. They are comfortable discussing tuition, addressing family concerns, overcoming objections, and helping families make informed enrollment decisions.

This individual is goal-oriented, highly motivated, and capable of successfully closing enrollments while maintaining the integrity and values of the Montessori philosophy.

Schedule Requirements

  • Approximately 25 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule.
  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to support weekend open houses, enrollment events, school tours, and community outreach activities.

Compensation & Incentives
