Our client, a higher education institution, is seeking an Enrollment Contract Specialist to support their enrollment services team. This position offers $20/hour, a 37.5-hour workweek (Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM), and is hybrid based in Dedham, MA. This role is with a well-established university environment supporting students, families, and campus constituents through a centralized contact center. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the front-line contact for inbound calls from students, parents, and university stakeholders
- Respond to inquiries related to departments such as financial services, admissions, and global services
- Provide high-quality customer service and accurately direct calls to appropriate departments
- Maintain a working knowledge of university functions and services
- Operate in a metrics-driven contact center environment
- Utilize internal systems and databases to track inquiries and support communication
Candidate Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume phone environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setting
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database systems
- Experience in higher education, front-facing roles, or administrative environments preferred
- Reliable transportation required for onsite training in Dedham
