Carnegie Mellon University's Division of Enrollment Management is seeking an Enrollment Communications Project Manager to develop and execute communication strategies for prospective, incoming, and enrolled students and their families. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and content development skills, experience managing multi-channel communications and the ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Enrollment Management and the university.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Communication and Content Strategy, the Enrollment Communications Project Manager develops and implements a wide range of communications that support recruitment, enrollment and student success initiatives across the Division of Enrollment Management. This role is responsible for determining messaging strategies, selecting and managing communication channels, ensuring alignment with university brand standards and evaluating communication effectiveness through analytics and reporting.
This role collaborates closely with colleagues across Enrollment Management and the broader university to plan and execute communication projects from concept through implementation. From creating email drip campaigns to developing website content, the manager must be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, effective project coordination skills and the ability to translate the university's value proposition into compelling, student-centered communications while communicating complex enrollment processes in a clear, audience-focused manner.
