Enrollment Advisor

The Enrollment Advisor (Advisor) plays a key role in recruiting, advising and enrolling students into our healthcare programs with University Partners (UPs). Responsibilities include maintaining high-volume, and quality candidate engagement, driving conversion throughout the prospective student funnel, and ensuring prospective students receive accurate information and support throughout the admissions journey. The ideal candidate is proactive, student-centered and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)
Serve as primary point of contact for prospective students, guiding them from inquiry through application, acceptance, and matriculation.
Engage with a high-volume of prospective students through multiple channels, including phone, email, text, and video, to develop relationships and qualify eligible candidates.
Advise prospective students by evaluating transcripts, verifying eligibility, and ensuring all admissions requirements are met throughout the application process.
Identify and resolve barriers to guide prospective students through the application process (financial, academic, or logistical objections) in collaboration with internal and external teams (Student Services, Financial Aid, University Partners) to support student success.
Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track student progress, maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain adherence to relevant regulatory, accreditation, and university partner policies and procedures.
Compile and reconcile accounts for provisionally accepted students and support the close-of-cycle audit process
Facilitate webinar events, including pre- and post-event communications, presenting or hosting as needed.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Highly driven and goal-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new systems quickly.
Experience with CRM Salesforce, preferred
Experience in admissions, enrollment, or inside/outside sales, preferred
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of relevant experience
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed.
Ability to travel, on average 2-3 times per year, for recruitment events or partner meetings.
