Engineering Technician

Our client, an industry leader in aerospace technology, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Engineering Technician to join their team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be an essential part of the engineering support department, assisting in the design, testing, and modification of electrical components and machinery. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within the organization and contribute to innovative aerospace solutions.

Job Title: Engineering Technician

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Pay Range: $25-27/hr.

What's the Job?

• Apply electric and electronic theory to assist in designing, building, and repairing electrical components and circuitry.
• Support engineering staff by modifying and adjusting machinery and controls for testing and evaluation purposes.
• Participate in troubleshooting electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of modifications and repairs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to facilitate the development of new electrical systems and components.

What's Needed?

• Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic principles and theories.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety protocols.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
• Prior experience in electrical or electronic troubleshooting is a plus.
