· High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate of Science degree preferred
· Proficient in Excel and Word; AutoCAD preferred
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to maintain well-organized records and documentation
· Ability to handle photochemical developer and fixer solutions for film processing in the punching and mapping process
· Prepare documentation for all reorders, rebuilds, and repairs
· Create basic probe card designs using AutoCAD and Excel
· Update and create bills of materials (BOMs) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
· Create folders for new documents and maintain accurate, organized records
· Work with customer service and production to fulfill design documentation requests
· Serve as backup support for the punching and mapping process
· Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Job Summary: Provide clerical and technical support to the Product Engineering Department to assist with engineering documentation and related tasks.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Some overtime may be required.
