Role: Engineering Technician (Electrical/Mechanical)
Locations: Memphis, TN, (And requires future travel to Mexico for training)
Key Responsibilities
Assist engineers with the design, testing, installation, and maintenance of electrical or mechanical systems.
Perform equipment inspections, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Support product testing, validation, and quality assurance activities.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance, testing, and repair activities.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of electrical and/or mechanical systems.
Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and engineering documentation.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic engineering software.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
