Description:

Performs a variety of duties in support of the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process within circuit card assembly manufacturing, with emphasis on manufacturing floor staging, material flow, and production readiness. Coordinates and stages assemblies, components, feeders, tooling, and related production materials to support SMT operations and ensure work is available for scheduled builds. Verifies job documentation, part availability, kit accuracy, and work order status in applicable manufacturing systems. Supports production flow by moving work through defined staging and manufacturing areas, identifying shortages, mismatches, or process issues, and escalating discrepancies as needed. Works from work instructions, production schedules, travelers, bills of material, and manufacturing system requirements to maintain efficient workflow, traceability, and floor organization.

Education & Experience:

Requires developing job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/associate's degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
