Engineering Technician (Assembly)

We are seeking an Engineering Technician (Assembly) to support new equipment and process development, implementation, and verification/validation activities in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on equipment assembly, fabrication, troubleshooting, and manufacturing support rather than engineering design. The selected candidate will assist with prototype development, fixture fabrication, equipment repairs, and process improvements while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Quality, and R&D teams. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working with hand tools and engineering drawings, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing and/or engineering experience
• Knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes, and inspection techniques
• Experience with prototype, fixture, and tool fabrication
• Experience using bandsaw, drilling, finishing tools, and other hand tools
• Ability to build from drawings and instructions
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and process issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
