Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Summary
We are seeking an Engineering Technician to support manufacturing operations by providing hands-on engineering services and technical support. This role partners closely with Production Support Engineering to ensure products meet design, quality, and performance standards throughout development and production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complex engineering tests and development activities; analyze results and implement required changes
  • Review project documentation, work instructions, and blueprints to determine test specifications and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Set up and perform testing on units and components for design validation, quality control, and failure analysis
  • Collect, document, and maintain test data, procedures, and equipment records
  • Support hardware and software development activities as needed
  • Assist with maintaining equipment and tools used in testing and development
  • Train and support technicians on processes, equipment, and best practices
Qualifications & Experience
  • Associate’s degree, military training, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience
  • Typically 8–10 years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership or mentoring experience preferred
