Job TitleCoordinate day-to-day administrative, financial, and operational support for the Engineering team.Manage purchase order (PO) creation, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely processing and payment.Process vendor invoices, monitor payments, and partner with Accounts Payable and Procurement to resolve discrepancies.Support budgeting, capitalization, expense tracking, and other financial workflows.Maintain accurate financial records, agreements, and engineering documentation.Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, meetings, and other administrative activities.Provide administrative and financial support to Engineering Support Specialists and project teams.Communicate and collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Procurement, AP, vendors, and other cross-functional stakeholders.Track multiple priorities across several sites while ensuring deadlines are met.Identify process improvements and help maintain efficient administrative and financial operations.Utilize Microsoft Excel to track budgets, reconcile data, generate reports, and maintain financial records.**Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.****Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.**
