We"re seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor (PE) to lead a talented distribution design team supporting utility and power infrastructure projects. As the Engineering Supervisor, you"ll provide both technical and operational leadership, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. What You Bring
Required Qualifications
Bachelor"s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related ABET-accredited discipline.
Professional Engineer (PE) License or the ability and commitment to obtain one within an agreed-upon timeframe.
10+ years of experience managing utility, power distribution, or engineering design projects.
4+ years of leadership experience managing engineers, designers, or technical teams.
Strong knowledge of:
Utility distribution systems
Power distribution design
Electrical infrastructure
Underground utility design
Transformers and related utility equipment
Proficiency with AutoCAD and blueprint interpretation.
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $84.13 - $84.13/hr.
