Contract Details

  • Position Type: Contract
  • Contract Duration: 12 months (temp to perm potential — not guaranteed, depends on business need/performance)
  • Pay Rate: $36.00–$41.00 / Hour (USD)
  • Shift / Schedule: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

The Engineering Technical Specialist will provide hands-on technical expertise in the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring optimal operation and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires a blend of engineering knowledge and practical skills to support the production and purification of Carbon Monoxide, a critical component in various chemical processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain the Carbon Monoxide distillation process, ensuring adherence to established protocols and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of distillation equipment, including reactors, condensers, and separation units.
  • Implement and manage calibration, preventive maintenance, and asset management programs specific to the Carbon Monoxide distillation process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize process efficiency and identify opportunities for improvement in the distillation operations.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, cGMP, and safety standards, participating in quality assurance initiatives and safety training.
  • Document all procedures, maintenance activities, and compliance records accurately, maintaining a robust quality management system.
  • Provide training and support to junior staff and maintenance personnel on the Carbon Monoxide distillation process and related equipment.
