Texas Instruments is seeking an Engineering Section Manager. This role provides leadership to both the process and equipment team within a particular engineering ''section''. In this role, you will oversee the activities related to the technical support, maintenance and sustaining engineering functions in a product manufacturing area. You may also plan and direct implementation of equipment and process modifications to improve tool uptime, production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. You may also ensure the effective use of materials, equipment, and personnel in producing quality products at minimum costs. Additionally, you will select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or other related Engineering degrees
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience
  • Experience managing/supervising a team
