- Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving
- Review equipment and consumables purchase requests; verify documentation and part accuracy
- Fulfill requests from existing inventory or coordinate purchasing support
- Open and manage Purchase Requests (PRs)
- Coordinate testing activities with vendors, including parts, POs, schedules, documentation, and equipment calibration
- Communicate status updates and testing progress to key stakeholders
- Generate and report metrics from task tracking systems
- Schedule and coordinate equipment moves between buildings, vendors, and off-site storage
- Manage equipment calibration activities, including scheduling, shipping, and vendor coordination
- Perform basic in-house calibrations as required
- Open and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs)
