Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead cross-functional engineering projects from concept through completion. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

Compensation: $118,000.00 - $150,000.00/ annual salary (US Dollars)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) - You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or technical environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.

  • Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation plans.
  • Ensure effective communication across teams, providing regular status updates to leadership.
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, including vendors and contractors.
  • Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
