    DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading nutrition brand who is looking to add a new Engineering Project Manager to their team in the greater Greensboro, NC area. The Engineering Project Manager will support engineering initiatives within a modern manufacturing and innovation facility. This role operates in a cross-functional environment and focuses on executing and improving engineering projects related to processing, packaging, and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include applying engineering principles, conducting testing and analysis, and modifying equipment and processes to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability. This individual will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects on time and support ongoing operational improvements.Key Responsibilities Support the development, design, installation, and commissioning of process and packaging equipment linesAnalyze and improve machine performance, processes, and mechanical systems through data-driven decision-makingCollaborate with suppliers to source and procure equipment and components to required specificationsPartner with internal manufacturing teams and external contractors to ensure operational consistency, product quality, and safetyTroubleshoot equipment, materials, and process-related challenges in coordination with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Maintenance, etc.)Develop and execute testing protocols, including process capability trials, to support commercial implementationSupport equipment validation and qualification activities (e.g., FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ) to ensure compliance with operational and regulatory standardsDevelop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for processing and packaging operationsCollaborate with manufacturing, technical operations, and R&D teams to scale new products and ensure process compatibilityIdentify and implement innovative technologies to drive continuous improvement initiativesCapture and standardize engineering best practices for future projectsSupport multiple concurrent projects and ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality expectationsPerform additional duties as neededLead and coordinate project teams consisting of engineers, technicians, and external contractorsProvide oversight of contract personnel and ensure successful project executionQualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering or related field.7+ years of experience in equipment, process, or manufacturing engineeringExperience in regulated industries such as food, dietary supplements, pharmaceuticals, or similarProven experience managing facility or capital projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution of 10M+ in scopeKnowledge of materials, equipment, and process impacts on manufacturing performanceStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to optimize equipment performance and productivity#J-18808-Ljbffr
