The ideal candidate is motivated, ambitious, and possesses a strong understanding of civil engineering methods, tools, and processes while working with limited supervision.
Qualifications:
- Experience working on federally funded projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 4–8 years of civil engineering experience (P.E. preferred, but not required for consideration)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and flexible environment
- Ability to manage multiple long-term projects and immediate tasks simultaneously
- Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Ability to confidently lead meetings
- Ability to prepare complete plan sets with limited supervision
