Project Manager Engineering – AerospaceThis role involves managing aerospace engineering projects in the Mid-Atlantic region, overseeing multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesProvide project management services focused on the Mid-Atlantic area's growing aerospace market sector.Direct and coordinate single or multidisciplinary teams from development through close-out.Manage all aspects of complex small-to-medium projects or routine large projects.Produce and coordinate several small-to-medium projects concurrently.Establish and maintain client relations, and participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings.Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.Coordinate staffing and workload throughout the project lifecycle to ensure on-schedule delivery.Track financial aspects of projects and adjust work effort to stay within budget and schedule.Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.Implement QA/QC procedures.Perform other duties as needed.Preferred QualificationsSuccessful management of aerospace client projects of varying sizes and complexities.Master's degree.PMP certification.Interest in digital delivery and AI‑supported workflows in infrastructure projects.Preference for candidates residing in the Mid‑Atlantic Area.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering.7 years of related experience, including a minimum of 2 years in project management.Professional engineering license recognized in the location of the position (PE or P.Eng).Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.Demonstrated leadership skills.Commitment to our employee‑owned culture.US naturalized citizenship required.Compensation range (full‑time positions): Washington, DC: $139,776 - $199,680; Fulton, MD: $128,128 - $183,040; Arlington, VA: $139,776 - $199,680; Glen Allen, VA: $116,480 - $166,400; Virginia Beach, VA: $116,480 - $166,400.Primary location: United States - Virginia - Arlington.
