This individual will apply their technical skills to setup, operate, and adjust high volume production equipment. The Engineering Process Technician is a key member of the Operations Team and helping the Process Development Engineers focused on developing innovative processes, equipment, and tooling to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy.
Perform equipment setup, operation, adjustments, and minor preventative maintenance tasks to meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards for equipment in varying development stages
Identify problems and potential solutions to troubleshoot issues as they arise during regular production and engineering builds
Develop operating procedures for equipment or new processes in standard format
Conduct analytical tests, measure and record data using defined tools and software
Inspect and test finished product during and after regular production and engineering builds
Assemble and test manufactured goods for dedicated tooling and or processes
Able to interpret mechanical and electrical schematics as well as engineering drawings
Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
Excellent attention to detail, good organization, analytical and reasoning skills
Identify continuous improvement opportunities including safety/ergonomic concerns and yield and delivery concerns. Lead problem solving for small improvement projects
Comfortable with frequent change of direction, dynamic work environment and passion to perform time-sensitive analysis under pressure
Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Essential Physical Demands:
Ability to stand, walk, sit, kneel for up to 12 hours a day
Frequently and repetitively, lift, push and carry up to 35 lbs., including the ability to carry 20 lbs. up and down stairs
Frequently and repetitively, bend, lift and reach
Ability to find issues in a work process and receive safety signals using sight, touch, or hearing
Wearing Personal Protective Equipment, including but not limited to: PAPR, safety glasses, safety shoes, bump caps, and adhering to prescribed safety rules and guidelines

Expected Compensation
$30.50 - $51.73/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
