We are seeking an Engineering Operations Director to lead technical operations, staff management, and strategic planning within a defense-focused engineering organization.
Responsibilities include recruiting and mentoring engineering teams, managing budgets, overseeing project execution, and driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, 5+ years of engineering management experience (preferably in aerospace or maritime), strong project management skills, and the ability to obtain a DOD Secret Security Clearance.
Preferred candidates have 10+ years as a Chief Engineer and experience delivering complex DOD systems.
Salary ranges from $175,000 to $220,000, with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and workplace flexibility.
