Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervisesapproximately 5-10Full-time Equivalent (FTE)and contract employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilitiesin accordance withthe organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
What We're Looking For:
Fiveplus(5+)years of experience leading engineering teams, witha track recordof developing people and buildingstrong teamcultures
Clear, consistent approach to feedback. Direct reports always know where they stand and what growth looks like for them.
Ability to attract, grow, andretainengineering talent
Strong written and verbal communication.Able to influence decisions, navigate disagreement, and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience managing teamsdelivering production software across the full product lifecycle
Understandingof application architecture, integration design, deployment, and testing
Ability to clear a background check
