Role Summary
The Engineering Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Photon's managed services engagement, focused on vulnerability remediation, AO Comms execution, and AI-enabled modernization. This role ensures SLA-driven outcomes, smooth integration with client SDLC processes, and continuous productivity improvement through automation and AI.
Key Responsibilities
• Own service delivery from intake through remediation, validation, and closure. • Run operational cadence including intake windows, sprint planning, and SLA reviews. • Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and dependency resolution. • Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change governance. • Lead team ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning. • Drive adoption of automation and AI accelerators to reduce cost and risk.
Required Qualifications
8-12+ years of engineering experience with 3-5+ years in delivery or people management. Strong background in managed services, remediation, or production engineering. Experience operating in regulated or security-sensitive environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services or payments domain experience. Experience implementing AI or automation in delivery operations.

• SLA adherence and predictable throughput. • Reduction in backlog and aging vulnerabilities. • Stakeholder satisfaction and engagement continuity.
Compensation, Benefits, and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 48,000 Maximum Compensation: USD 168,000 Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
