Highlighted Duties
Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team
Drive new product introduction (NPI) from concept through production launch
Ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and reliable
Support production through hands-on problem-solving and root cause analysis
Partner cross-functionally with operations, quality, supply chain, and sales
Lead engineering change processes (ECR/ECO) and continuous improvement efforts
Highlighted Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
8+ years in manufacturing engineering
2+ years of engineering leadership experience
Strong NPI and production ramp up experience
Expertise in root cause problem-solving
Experience with DFMA, DFMEA/PFMEA, and engineering change processes
