About the role
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead design and engineering delivery on the North Hykeham Relief Road - a major highways project in Lincoln.
Operating within our UK Civils business, you will take full ownership of engineering performance across the project lifecycle, ensuring design excellence, compliance and integration with operational delivery. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will influence outcomes, drive standards and lead multidisciplinary teams across a complex infrastructure scheme.
