Title: Engineering Manager
Locations: Erie, PA 16531 (On-Site)
Duration: 12 Months
Pay Range: $35 - $39/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)
Introduction
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager with extensive experience in leading multiple projects and working within established engineering frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing engineering engagements and ensuring commitments are met with regular updates to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in engineering management.
- Experience leading multiple projects in parallel.
- Familiarity with engineering design frameworks and processes.
- Strong decision-making skills and independent drive.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD and New Product Introduction Process (NPI).
- Strong understanding of GD&T and mechanical components design analysis techniques.
- Experience with fatigue evaluation and life predictions.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead engineering engagement in the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP).
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Provide updates to various stakeholders, including production, reliability, and sourcing teams.
