SUMMARY: The Engineering Services Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating engineering services that support safe, efficient, and reliable manufacturing operations. This role owns plant-level engineering support functions including maintenance engineering, utilities, infrastructure, equipment reliability, and capital project execution.
Acting as the primary interface between Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, and Corporate Engineering, the Engineering Services Manager ensures engineering standards are met while driving continuous improvement in equipment performance, cost, compliance, and capacity utilization.

5-8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering environments.
Proven experience managing engineering teams and capital projects.
Strong background in equipment, facilities, utilities, and plant infrastructure support.
Experience working in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills
Project management and budgeting expertise
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively across functions and at all organizational levels
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
Adhere to the policy and practice of refusing to tolerate or allow behavior defined by Tenneco as unsafe.
Comply with Environmental Health & Safety Rules and Regulations. Understand and adhere to the EHS Cardinal Rules. Must be able to understand what hazards are associated with their position and how to minimize them.
