You will join our Control System Integration Practice and partner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter experts to deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.What You'll DoYou'll work individually and in teams to support capital projects and implement solutions for our clients. Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.Lead a team of electrical and controls engineers across multiple industries/sectors through the entire project life cycle including conception, proposal, specification, development, integration, testing, and start‑upDefine complex solutions for multiple system integration projects, assign teams, monitor and support projects, create and support technical standards, and handle project scheduling, planning, and oversightInterface with project teams and clients to ensure alignment with project objectivesUndertake recruiting responsibilitiesManage, motivate, and mentor the team; develop training objectives and strategiesCoordinate project workloads and activities; work with regional offices to help develop and modify methods and proceduresClearly and effectively communicate project updatesMake an impact day‑to‑day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and teamWhat You'll BringA minimum of nine years of combined technical and people management experienceThe skills to oversee projects that incorporate engineering, design, and programming of integrated and automated manufacturing systemsThe ability to develop electrical schematics, PLC programming, and HMI/SCADAThe capacity to support proposal developmentStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent leadership, teamwork, partnering, and mentoring abilitiesA willingness to travel for project requirements including installation and start‑up activities, client and company‑sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums, and conventionsA bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a related fieldOur culture and commitment to our people is what sets us apart.
