Job TitleLead Process Engineering For High-Purity Chemical ManufacturingJob DescriptionLead, coach, and develop the engineering team. Provide day-to-day technical leadership for operations. Drive process optimization for yield and throughput gains. Improve cost, quality, and process capability metrics. Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions. Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions. Oversee raw material performance and supplier interface. Partner with Quality and Supply Chain on material specs. Drive continuous improvement using data-driven methods. Lead and support site capital projects and expansions. Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory standards. Support process safety and hazard reviews. Act as technical liaison across Operations and R&D. Support new product introductions and scale-up.
