Engineering Manager
We're seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead engineering operations within a growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing a team of engineers while driving product development, manufacturing support, process optimization, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a strong manufacturing background who can bridge engineering and operations to improve efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team of design, manufacturing, and process engineers.
Oversee engineering projects from concept through production.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
Ensure engineering designs, drawings, and documentation support efficient manufacturing processes.
Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve technical challenges and improve production performance.
Manage engineering change activities and configuration control processes.
Support process planning, production readiness, and manufacturing execution.
Evaluate new projects for technical feasibility and manufacturing capability.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality systems.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.
Strong knowledge of machining, fabrication, and manufacturing processes.
Experience with CAD software and engineering documentation.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Salary Range: $140,000-$160,000
