Salary Range: $95K - $120K Permanent Position with Benefits
Aurora, OH area Manufacturing Company seeks to hire an experienced Engineering Manager with solid background in custom fabrications, machining, welding, stamping, laser cutting, tooling & finishing.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Associate Degree with significant experience may be considered)
Skilled with metal fabrication processes to include: laser cutting, press brake, machining, weldments, custom fabrications, and mechanical assemblies
Organized with management decision making and problem solving
Process improvement, cost reduction, ERP, continuous improvement, safety...
Data Center and Power Generation industry background is a plus
Leader to hire, train, mentor, and supervise up to 10 Engineers, Drafters, Designers, and Technicians
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
