Drive reductions in equipment downtime and maintenance-related costs. Determine appropriate staffing levels, skill development, and technical training programs. Take a hands-on leadership approach with equipment troubleshooting and repairs as needed. Champion process improvements and support implementation of new manufacturing processes.
