You’ll manage a team of 8–12 professionals, ensure projects launch smoothly, and support client engagement to help secure new opportunities. Your future role
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Operations Coordinators
Oversee project execution from planning through delivery, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Manage licensing and compliance for multi-state projects, including GC licensing
Support structural engineering needs and facility integration projects
Collaborate with leadership on business development, risk management, and long-term strategy
Engage with clients as needed to help secure new opportunities and strengthen relationships
Drive process improvements and forward-thinking solutions to enhance efficiency and growth
Required skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field
5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams
Strong communicator with an outgoing, relationship-focused leadership style and basic sales skills
Strong understanding of construction and structural engineering principles
Ability to navigate multi-state licensing requirements
Professional Engineer (PE) or EIT preferred
