What You'll Do

Help City Utilities Engineering keep projects organized, properly documented and compliant with established requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate project, contract, financial and compliance records.
  • Track deadlines, approvals, documentation and project updates.
  • Review invoices, purchase orders and reports for accuracy.
  • Prepare spreadsheets, summaries and management reports.
  • Coordinate information with staff, consultants, contractors and other departments.
What You Bring
  • Associate degree in business, accounting, engineering technology, construction management or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in compliance, project administration, engineering, construction, utilities, procurement or financial reporting.
  • Strong Excel, organization, communication and recordkeeping skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and recognize missing or inaccurate information.
  • Equivalent education and experience may be considered.
