    A rapidly growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Engineering & Controls Manager to lead a team responsible for electrical design, automation systems, power distribution projects, and engineering operations.     Position Summary
    The Engineering & Controls Manager will oversee engineering design activities, manage technical personnel, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable industry standards. This individual will collaborate closely with operations, quality, production, and customer-facing teams to deliver high-quality engineered solutions.
    Key Responsibilities
    Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical professionals.
    Oversee electrical design and control system development for industrial applications.
    Review customer specifications and translate requirements into manufacturable solutions.
    Prepare and review engineering documentation, including schematics, drawings, and bills of materials.
    Support proposal development and project execution activities.
    Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to engineering processes, quality, and efficiency.
    Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles.
    Manage project schedules, engineering resources, and departmental priorities.
    Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, safety, and quality standards.
    Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on technical matters.

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications
    Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
    7+ years of electrical engineering experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
    3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
    Strong understanding of electrical systems, industrial controls, and power distribution.
    Experience with electrical CAD software and engineering documentation.
    Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and industry standards.
    Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    Experience with industrial automation platforms is highly desirable.
    ERP/MRP system experience is a plus.
