The position requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Math, or Science from an ABET-accredited school, or a Professional Engineer's License. Prior experience in distribution engineering or utility industries is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and engineering software, strong technical skills, and knowledge of power systems and construction principles are essential.
- Experience with switching orders, utility systems, and relevant tools such as ARMS, JETS, GIS, and others is preferred.
- Excellent project management, communication, and customer service skills are required, along with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and work collaboratively. A valid driver's license is necessary.
