Primary Purpose
Address all customer complaints which are referred to the region, including complaints received through presidential complaints, PUC complaints, and regulatory performance complaints.
Primary Duties
- Contact customers to determine the nature of their complaints.
- Write letters on behalf of management to address customer issues.
- Interact with key accounts to address customer reliability issues.
- Recommend field solutions to reliability problems.
- Assist the reliability engineer in performing circuit, load, and reliability analysis.
- Assist in the analysis of interruption reports.
- Develop and maintain records to define reliability trends.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate degree in technical discipline.
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle for use on company business.
- Knowledge of aerial and underground electric distribution work practices, standards, and procedures.
- PC skills with work processing, databases, and spreadsheets.
- Experience with Passport, CIMS and OMS.
- Knowledge of PECO energy tariff and service requirements.
- Ability to respond to off-hour emergencies and fulfill on-call responsibilities, including field response.

Good communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Excel
