Join a Team That Values Your Skills, Fuels Your Growth, and Celebrates Your Success!

At Aieres Group, we're proud to deliver exceptional commercial painting and architectural millwork services across New England. Since the early 1980s, our family-owned business has built a reputation for craftsmanship, integrity, and client satisfaction. Over 75% of our projects come from repeat clients and referrals-a testament to the trust we earn and the relationships we build.

Aieres is looking for a driven Engineering & Assistant General Field Supervisor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about building strong projects and even stronger relationships, this is your chance to step into a role where your expertise is valued and your career has room to thrive.

Role Summary
This role is the execution owner for all casework and millwork scopes. The position holds final authority over technical accuracy, material acceptance, quality control, and field execution, from initial field measurements through fabrication, delivery, and installation.
This role works in close partnership with Project Managers (PMs) and Project Coordinators (PCs), who manage contracts, financials, submittal processing, and schedule administration. While PMs and PCs support the workflow, this role is the technical and field decision-maker responsible for ensuring that what is built, delivered, and installed is correct.
Core Responsibilities
Field Measuring & Technical Verification
Perform field measurements for all casework and millwork scopes.
Verify existing conditions, dimensions, tolerances, and interfaces with adjacent trades.
Identify constructability issues early and communicate required adjustments to PMs.
