Title: Engineer Product - Product Safety Compliance and Standards
Location: Fuquay-Varina, NC
Salary Range: $40-42/hr on w2
Contract: 24+ months, possible extension
Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. This role involves performing product design, testing, and analysis work within a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will contribute to design solutions and participate in design reviews, while also developing recommendations within established guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Experience in engineering design and development
- Proficiency in using engineering tools, processes, and software
- Ability to manage and apply safe systems of work
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in drafting engineering standards and specifications
- Ability to identify, assess, prioritize, and manage project-related risks
- Strong verbal communication skills
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Support the analysis of information and specification of methods and process steps
- Contribute to the development and feasibility testing of engineering solutions
- Evaluate the quality of engineering works and recommend remedial actions
- Identify shortcomings in existing processes and address them through change management
- Create and maintain technical and/or user documentation
