Engineer, Plant Operations, Full Time Variable

OverviewUnder direct supervision of the Plant Operations & Maintenance Manager, you will perform planning, organizing and coordination, and supervision of minor projects and general corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment and building systems throughout the PIH Health Hospital campus as directed. You will operate and maintain stationary boilers, chillers, electrical, and mechanical equipment throughout the campus.Required SkillsGood record keeping skills, dependability, good physical condition.Good judgment, common sense, honest, reliable, ability to work with little or no direct supervision.Identify potential problems during shift rounds, develop corrective actions, and provide adequate follow through.Required ExperienceHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.Steam license preferred but not required.Minimum 2-3 years experience as Operating Engineer.Hospital experience preferred.Maintenance and repair experience of major equipment.Require a valid California Drivers License.CompensationSalary: 32.00–55.86 per hour.ScheduleVariable shift.Zip Code: 90602.Location12401 Washington Blvd.#J-18808-Ljbffr
